From a day of live music, egg hunts and more at Barefoot Landing to a breakfast with the Easter Bunny at Ripley’s Aquarium, there’s plenty for your young ones and adults alike this Easter.
Hop on down to Barefoot Landing for the Barefoot Bunny Hop on Saturday, April 4th, 11am to 2pm! Here, you and your family can enjoy a live DJ and accompanying dance party in the Dockside Village area, meet and greet your favorite characters, and even meet the Easter Bunny himself. Enjoy local vendors and all the great food and drink guests love at Barefoot Landing, all while getting in the Easter spirit!
For even more up-close and personal time with the Easter Bunny, what could be better than a family breakfast at Ripley’s Aquarium? Breakfast with the Easter Bunny is Ripley’s annual smash hit event of the season. Enjoy a delicious breakfast feast and get memorable photos with the Easter Bunny, Norman the Penguin, Ripley’s Mermaids, and more! For the crafty ones in your family, enjoy shark-themed craft opportunities, or for those interested in learning, talk with an Aquarist to learn all about our sea friends. Kids will also love the excitement of an Easter egg hunt right in the aquarium, allowing a new level of exploration and fun to the wonderful aquarium. Be sure to reserve your spot soon, they will fill up fast!
And this isn’t the only Easter egg hunt in town! For free Easter fun in a beautifully scenic setting, pay a visit to McLean Park on April 16th and enjoy the delightful Spring weather with an egg hunt, a meet-and-greet with the Easter Bunny, and all the candy your children can handle.
On Easter Sunday, the House of Blues will be hosting a very special Gospel Brunch, with a large buffet of soul food, full of your breakfast favorites and Southern classics to get you in the spirit. All accompanied, of course, by some of the best live Gospel music around! Reservations are recommended, so make yours soon.
If you’re in town Easter weekend and want to enjoy even more delicious food, don’t miss the Myrtle Beach Shrine Club’s Smoke on the Beach event!
